As per CenterPoint, "If you notice trees tangled in your lines, please call CenterPoint Energy at (713) 207-2222 to schedule tree trimming around power lines at your address. It will take about 4 weeks for an inspector to come out to your address to investigate. If they deem it necessary, they will schedule a crew to come out. If it is deemed unnecessary or not their line, they will not schedule a trimming and you will need to trim the area.  If a crew does come out and trim, they may take some debris with them but if they do not or leave any debris behind it is the customers responsibility to take care of."
