*Reminder - The City of Orchard has Code Enforcement driving around and parking on the side of the street during reviews and investigations. He does drive a white vehicle with out of state license. If you are ever unsure of a vehicle, you can ask him who he is, he is happy to introduce himself, his name is Marcus. If you feel uncomfortable approaching you are more than welcome to call City Hall and I will let you know if Marcus is in town doing reviews.
