Just wanted to let everyone know that there may be many vehicles in front, on the side and behind City Hall. These vehicles may be around City Hall at all times of the day/night. They may also be driving around town (they have permission from some citizens) filming at certain locations. This is a group renting a location here at city hall making a film, they will be here through spring. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact City Hall, I am happy to let you know if the vehicle you may be questioning are a part of this crew.
